• You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or accessories (for hygiene reasons).
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

1. Log in to your account at Inaam.co.uk.
2. Go to ‘My Orders’ and select the item(s) you wish to return.
3. Click ‘Request a Return’ and follow the instructions.
4. Once approved, you will receive the return address and further instructions via email.
5. Securely package the item(s) and send them back using a tracked service (we
recommend Royal Mail Tracked).
6. Once received, we will process your refund within 7-14 working days.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If your return does not meet our policy requirements, we reserve the right to reject it.

• To exchange an item, please submit a return request and place a new order for the desired
size or colour.
• Exchanges are subject to availability.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
at info@inaam.co.uk, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
