Delivery Information

 

  • Orders are processed within 1 working day after payment confirmation.
  • A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched.
  • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once dispatched, Inaam is not responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail.

Lost or Returned Parcels

 

  • Inaam is not responsible for lost or missing parcels or if Royal Mail marks a package as delivered.
  • Customers must track their orders using the tracking details provided via email or SMS.
  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts:
    • The original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
    • Re-shipping costs will apply if the order needs to be resent.
