• We currently ship within the UK only via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (£4.50).
• Orders are processed within X working days and typically arrive within 2-4 working days.
• Once dispatched, Inaam is not responsible for delivery delays caused by Royal Mail.
• If your package is marked as delivered but is missing, you must contact Royal
Mail directly. Inaam is not liable for lost or stolen parcels.
• If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts,
the original shipping cost will be deducted from any refund, and re-shipping charges will

• You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unworn, unwashed,
and in its original condition with tags attached.
• We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or accessories (for hygiene reasons).
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds exclude original shipping fees.
